1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using our dispatch services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Dispatch Services & Carrier Responsibilities

Roadline Dispatch LLC provides independent truck dispatching and load coordination services. Motor carriers are solely responsible for safe vehicle operation, maintaining active FMCSA authority, active DOT compliance, and adequate insurance coverage.

3. SMS & Communication Policy (10DLC Compliance)

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive transactional text messages (load updates, rate confirmations, dispatch coordination) from Roadline Dispatch LLC.

  • Opt-Out: You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any text message.

  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact us via email.

  • Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Payment & Fees

Dispatch service fees and billing terms will be agreed upon separately in the Carrier-Dispatcher Agreement prior to dispatching any loads.

5. Limitation of Liability

Roadline Dispatch LLC is not liable for freight delays, weather disruptions, equipment breakdowns, or disputes between carriers and brokers/shippers.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
